A person is because of stand trial over the deaths of a pair in a crash on the M56.
Steven Bennett, 28, has admitted inflicting the deaths of Manchester couple Richard and Angela Wong by careless driving.
He denies the extra critical offences of inflicting their deaths by harmful driving, the Liverpool Echo studies.

Bennett will stand trial at Chester Crown Courtroom in August 2021.
Mr and Mrs Wong died following a motorway crash on the M56 via Warrington in September, 2019.
Mrs Wong, 56, was pronounced lifeless on the scene. Mr Wong, 62, died in hospital three days later.

Bennett was charged with inflicting the 2 deaths by harmful driving.
On Friday (August 28), he admitted inflicting the Wongs’ deaths by careless driving. He denies the extra critical offences.
The crash occurred at 5.20pm, on Thursday, September 19, between junction 9 at Warrington and junction 10 at Stretton Interchange.
Two air ambulances landed on the motorway. The M56 was closed greater than 12 hours.
Final September, the Wongs’ grieving kids paid tribute to their dad and mom, who lived in Manchester, in an emotional assertion.
