Former Manchester United participant Ryan Giggs has been arrested on suspicion of assault.
The Soccer Affiliation of Wales (FAW) issued an announcement on Monday evening confirming it’s conscious of an allegation towards nationwide crew supervisor Giggs, first reported in The Solar.
The newspaper say police had been known as to the 46-year-old’s dwelling on Sunday evening after receiving experiences of a disturbance.
Giggs was arrested and questioned on suspicion of precise bodily hurt and assault.
An announcement from Higher Manchester Police learn: “Police had been known as at 10.05pm on Sunday to experiences of a disturbance. A girl in her 30s sustained minor accidents however didn’t require any therapy.
“A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of part 47 assault and part 39 frequent assault.”
He was arrested and launched on bail pending enquiries
